Dr. Moss has been privileged to mentor people who have been called to ministry during her thirty years of ministry. When the mentor/mentee relationship is orchestrated by God, the voice of the mentor can serve as voice of encouragement, as well as the voice of correction and chastisement. Dr. Moss has mentored women in ministry from various backgrounds and denominational affiliations through Louisiana Area Women in Ministry. Through this ministry, the mentee experience firsthand mentoring, leadership development and opportunities for service to community.
